Get ready to shell out some justice in 4K!

Super Evil Megacorp has officially announced that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition is launching on December 16.
Here is the best news for veterans of the Shell: If you already own the version for the original Switch, you won’t have to buy the game full price again. You can snag an “Upgrade Pack” for just GHS30($2.49) to move over to the new console.
What’s New on Switch 2?
The game is getting a significant performance boost to match the new hardware:

- Docked Mode: Runs in full 4K resolution.
- Handheld Mode: Runs in crisp 1080p.
- Performance: Both modes will run at an increased 60 frames per second.
New Tech Features
The Switch 2 Edition also introduces two new connectivity features:
- GameShare: Allows you to connect locally with other Switch 2 and original Switch consoles in the same room for easy multiplayer.
- GameChat: Native support for both voice and video chat to coordinate with friends during online co-op.
If you aren’t on Nintendo hardware yet, TMNT: Splintered Fate is currently available on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, and the original Switch.
