At Last, Silksong Is Almost Here
Team Cherry has officially confirmed that Hollow Knight: Silksong will release worldwide on September 4, 2025. The long-awaited sequel will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the original Nintendo Switch, as well as PC via Steam, GOG, Humble Store, and Microsoft Store. The game will also be included with Xbox Game Pass at launch.
About the Game
Players take on the role of Hornet, the princess-protector of Hallownest, who is captured and transported to a mysterious new kingdom woven with silk and song. To survive, Hornet must fight dangerous foes, uncover hidden truths, and ascend to the kingdom’s shining peak in a perilous pilgrimage.
As the sequel to the award-winning Hollow Knight, Silksong expands the formula with new environments, abilities, and enemies, while retaining the challenging and atmospheric action-adventure gameplay fans love.
